Emirates Post opens four new post offices

Dubai, February 14, 2010: Emirates Post has opened four new post offices: two in Dubai, one in Ras Al Khaimah and one in Fujairah. With this, the post office network in the UAE has increased to 113.

In Dubai, the new post offices have been opened in Nad Al Hamar and Mizher. The Nad Al Hamar Post office, located behind Lootah mosque, is open from 8 am to 3 pm, Saturday to Thursday. It has 1,000 P.O Boxes available for rental.

The Mizher Post Office, located near Al Mizher Mall, has 4,000 P.O. Boxes. It is open from Saturday to Thursday, from 8 am to 3 pm.

In Ras Al Khaimah the new post office is located next to RAK Health Centre, Kuwaiti Street. It offers all regular postal and non-postal services. In addition, it has 2,000 P.O. Boxes available for renting. The timings of the post office are 8 am to 3 pm, Saturday to Thursday.

In Fujairah, the Al Taweyain Post Office is located opposite Al Taweyain Police Station, next to Fujairah National Bank. It has 400 P.O. Boxes, and it is open from 8 am to 3 pm, Saturday to Thursday.

In addition, the portfolio of services has been constantly expanded, to enable people to avail of multiple services under one roof.”
