In addition, the bundle offers 2 free domestic courier coupons, 50% discount for up to 10,000 unaddressed domestic mail, and eShaar notification services. At only AED 1,750 per year, this offers a basic option for organizations who want to be sure that their mail volumes will always be managed effectively.
Ezimail Bronze
EziMail Bronze offers smaller organizations real value for money. With mail delivery to the location of your choice once a week, a free mail bag to help you manage mail volumes, together with four free domestic courier coupons, eShaar notification services, and 50% discount on unaddressed domestic mail up to 20,000 units, this unique bundle provides a full range of services for only AED 3,500 per year.

Additional Services Available For P.O.Box Service Customers
Mailbag Service
Customers who receive large quantities of mail that exceeds the capacity of their private post boxes have the option of renting mailbags to help them manage increased volumes and to guarantee easy and quick delivery of postal items. The rental fee for each mailbag is AED 1,000 per year.
Authorized Agent Service
Customers who what to entrust any person to receive incoming registered postal items delivered to their post box on their behalf can do so through the postal agent service. The cost of the service is AED 100 per year.
The Added Value Services
Domestic Courier Coupon
Free courier coupons provide customers with free virtual domestic courier coupons for domestic shipments up to 5kg. There may be an additional charge for shipping to remote areas. Coupons are virtual – to redeem a coupon, please visit your nearest post office or call 600599999. Free courier coupons will be valid until 31 December of each year, and there will be no refund, exchange or transfer of coupons.
Unaddressed Domestic Mail Service
Emirates Post is offering 50% discount on unaddressed domestic mail volumes when you choose a P.O.Box bundle. You can use your direct mail volume in batches throughout the year with a minimum quantity of 5000 unit per mailing, and you may select the Emirate you wish to target with your mailing. If you wish to mail to an Emirate other than where you deliver your mail, there will be an additional charge of AED 50 for each Emirate. The service terms and conditions apply. Your direct mail must be sent before 31 December of each year.
SMS Notification “eShaar” Service
There are two types of SMS “eShaar” services:
1- Notifying the arrival of registered mail, parcel or express mail.
2- Weekly SMS to notify the customer of any incoming automated sorted ordinary mail.
TIJARI Box
Tijari box customers will choose a bundle for their main trade license. Additional trade licenses will be charged as a P.O.Box Light Bundle, and the subscribers will avail of the value added services for each trade license.
The subscribers with 5 trade licenses or more shall receive one free mail bag.
